MIKE MERCADO

Mike Mercado joined the Sox in the Spring of 2004 from the NY Team. Mike was first introduced to the Sox during Tournament play in 2003 for the NY All Stars. Mercado is a Junior at Lehman College. He is known for his quick bat, great defense, and speed. Mike was a perfect fit for the Sox, who needed another bat in the lineup and speed in the outfield.
