SHARIF UPCHURCH

Sharif Upchurch joined the Sox from the Clifton Cardinals in the 2005 Season. Upchurch has been one of the most dominating hitters in the Lou Gehrig League since 2004. Sharif drives the ball to all fields and is one of the fastest players in the league. Sharif has been in the top 5 in MVP balloting for the past 2 years.
