Mercado and Sox back on Winning Track...

The NY/NJ White Sox got back on the winning track as they defeated the Parsippany Brewers by the score of 12-1. Danny Mercado got the start and was dominating. Mercado pitched a complete game, 7 Innings, allowing only 7 hits, 1 run, walked 5 and struck out 12.

After the Brewers took a 1-0 lead, the Sox battled back in the 2nd inning getting 2 runs on groundouts from Shupe and Simone. With the Sox up 2-1, the game was broken open in the 6th inning when the Sox put up 10 runs on 8 hits.
