Sox Offensive Surge Continues!

The NY/NJ White Sox (5-1) continued their hot play after the Arizona break by defeating the Bergen Yankees (2-2) 11-1. The Sox offense, who scored 26 runs in their last game, continued their attack pounding out 16 hits and scoring 11 more runs. Red Muniz got the start and after a shaky start was dominating. Muniz pitched 6 innings, allowing 1 run on 4 hits, walking 1 and striking out 7. Jose "Snoop" Ferreira came in for the 3 inning save allowing 0 runs on 3 hits, 1 walk, and 3 strike outs.
